Summary
The Per Diem Security Guard provides professional security services on an as-needed basis at client sites assigned by ESCT. This position supports site safety, access control, patrol operations, incident response, customer service, and documentation. Officers may be assigned to fill open shifts, special details, emergency coverage, fire watch, temporary coverage, call-offs, or surge staffing needs. Guards must maintain a visible and professional presence, protect life and property, observe and report unusual activity, respond appropriately to incidents, and complete all required reports before end of shift.
Description
Per diem officers are expected to follow ESCT general orders, post orders, client instructions, and supervisor directives at all times. This is an on-call or as-needed position. Availability does not guarantee a minimum number of hours. Shift assignments may vary by location, schedule, and operational demand. Employment with ESCT is at-will unless otherwise established in a written agreement signed by authorized company leadership.
